Planning Board approves warehouse and dairy site amendments

NJ BRIDGETON — Planning Board approves two site plan amendments and resolution. The board unanimously approved a 100,000-square-foot refrigerated warehouse repack facility for KMT Properties Bridgeton, LLC at 46 Rosenhayn Avenue, with 55 parking spaces and 50 to 65 daily truck deliveries scheduled by appointment in two shifts from 7 a.m. to midnight, employing 30 to 35 full-time workers. The board also unanimously approved a parking expansion at Cumberland Dairy's 80 Edwards Avenue facility, replacing gravel with 100 paved spaces plus three ADA stalls for the 150-employee, Dairy Farmers of America-operated plant that has served Bridgeton since 1933.

Resolution #26-03PB for J&T Management Group LLC was also unanimously approved.
