NJ BRIDGETON — Grotech Farms cannabis production facility clears Planning Board approval. The Board voted four to one with one abstention to approve the 43,492-square-foot greenhouse and 5,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at 10 Grove Street in the Port District Redevelopment area, requiring a side yard variance and multiple design waivers.
